Your sound files are protected at no additional charge.
Following the production, your sound files are securely stored on the cloud for easy download.
How It Works
The data is copied from the recorder to a host computer. The computer performs a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) comparing and verifying the copied data to the original SD card.
The files are compressed as a standard ZIP file and then transferred to a secure cloud hosting service. You will receive an email with a download link as soon as the files are ready. You will also receive a confirmation text as well. This process is all done within a few hours after the shoot.
You can immediately download the sound files and forward the secure link to your post-production team as well, saving additional time.
Your files are stored on the cloud for 30 days. After 30 days, in case you need to recover your files, just send a request and your files will be restored on the cloud for download. Your files are also backed up on redundant off-line hard drives for 1 year.
Safe & Sound
This is a guarantee that your sound files has been error-checked from the original data on the card. This process eliminates any possibility that the card becomes corrupted during handling or lost on set. It also saves valuable time on the set location following wrap.
